Ms. Johnson

Greetings, Creech Road Family! My name is Ms. Johnson and I am a native Floridian with many years of experience in education. I earned my Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and I enjoy inspiring students to become lifelong learners. One of my favorite quotes is “Life is about choices, consequences, and you; the choice you make determines the consequence you receive." I look forward to a great school year!

Ms. White

Hello Tiger Families! I am Ms. White and I am from Raleigh, North Carolina. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University (AGGIE PRIDE) and received my Masters degree in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My motto is Be the Best You, You Want to Be. I am eager to work with you all and super excited for this school year!!

Roles of the School Counselors

  • Advocate for the equitable treatment of all students.

  • Be an integral part of the total educational program.

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement in collaboration with students, educators, parents/guardians, and community representatives to create a safe and positive learning experience.

  • Use data to drive program development, evaluation, and improvement.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings to support students in the learning environment.

  • Be comprehensive in scope, preventative in design, and developmental in nature with a multidimensional perspective when developing and delivering lessons.
